My Belief

I believe every one of us has encountered unique challenges in our lives that have led us to how we are feeling and functioning in this moment. Often times, these challenges lead us to be harsh, inflexible, and unforgiving to ourselves, resulting in unwanted consequences in our relationships with ourselves, others, our work, and our families. My goal with clients is to help you gain knowledge, skills, and compassion as we explore these challenges and find new ways for you to relate to yourself and the world.
